I just finished up this day in the life edit on Brian Castillo. Not bad for a self described "mid thirties old fart." You can click HERE to check it out. - KB

Funny Shit
I just returned home from Thailand. The trip was sick, yada, yada, yada. On every trip I go on there's some song or something that gets overplayed and worn out during the trip; example, "Hey Ya" on the Square One Halloween tour. Aaron Ross turned us all on to these tracks which we listened to and quoted as much as humanly possible. I'm usually pretty late to the happenings on the internet so these may be nothing new to you. If you haven't seen them, then watch and enjoy.....CD

Fixed Gears! So F-in Hot Right Now!
While stopping in at Volume the other day, Enns and I had the pleasure of meeting this guy. We were both a little star struck since he is in fact one of the two most popular people in BMX right now. (The other being Chris Duncan....What the fuck?!) Anyway, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to sneak a photo with the bike that generated nearly 200 comments on The Come Up....which is the modern day gauge of BMX popularity..(again...What the fuck?) The good 'ole internet army wasn't too psyched on this guy to say the least. Now I'm not saying that you'll ever find me pedal grinding anything on a fixed gear, and it's definitely an annoying little trend with those goofy hats and tight capri jeans, but all this hate sounds strikingly similar to the bullshit we've put up with from holier than thou skateboarders over the past couple of decades.....It's something to think about anyway. In the mean time, check me the hell out below with that beast of a cycle.. KB

Buy a Toyota!
This is a little Vehix.com thing that I did with western Pittsburgh's Forest Cook. It was a little assignment that he stumbled upon and he asked if I could be some help. I'll be honest, I'm a little embarrassed to be posting this because I look and sound dainty as all hell. Enjoy a laugh at my expense...CD

Annual Post
Well I sure have been sucking at doing anything with this blog. Winter makes for a huge lack of posts. I guess I'll just stick you with this old picture I found the other day. It was a leftover from a photo shoot I did with Chris for a the Square One Retail Store Grand Opening party. Pretty funny shit. In other D-Man news, he'll be heading off to Thailand soon to do some riding/filming for a couple weeks....then he's off to Texas with Yeagle to film for Anthem with Stew. As for myself, I'll be heading back to California for the third time in three months to do some more video work for Volume/Demolition. You can check out all the videos I've been working on for them over at their Vimeo page. -KB

Test run.
Bennett and myself are supposed to be en route to sunny California right now. However, due to an airplane malfunction, we are stuck in our hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. So....
In an attempt to kill some time in the Pittsburgh international airport, Kris set me up with an account on this here Square One blog. I guess this is my first entry. Hopefully, I can find things to contribute on here that you might be into.
Flying sucks.
