Square One was started as a small clothing company out of my house in 1999. After nearly ten years of ups, downs, videos, different partners, etc, etc, we pulled the plug on all of it and put Square One to rest. Well, that was about 8 months ago, and I guess the reality of it all is that I'm just not ready to let it go! I really don't know where it's gonna go from here, as I have no real plans as I move forward. For now, it's nothing more than this blog. Square One to me will never die. It's been a part of my life for way too long.
In the near future there will be shirts again, and hopefully even some video stuff. I'm not trying to compete with any big clothing lines, and don't even care to particularly dub it as a "clothing company." I'm over doing research to figure out what the "new school kids" would wanna buy. I'm going to move forward with the same mindset I had when this whole thing started a decade ago. Square One to me is a following. A way of life. It represents a bunch of friends who've ridden bikes together for a majority of their lives, and who have influenced so many people along the way.
So check back often for updates on random BMX happenings involving all those who are part of the Square One family. Videos, photos, and whatever else I can gather up and throw on here. And hopefully soon I'll have some softgoods available for purchase. Feel free to comment on everything and anything I throw on here. Opinions are welcomed, and it's always good to hear feedback on anything you put your time into.
